Now you can receive the same personal one on one training that the high street multiples enjoy... Many of the best known high street retailers undertake this type of introductory training!

The training package is open to everyone... All we ask is that you are willing to learn!

We offer a full day or days training on your premises...

The idea is simple: Grow your business through training!

You can spend a full day learning watch repairs or jewellery repairs, you can mix both or have a day on each. The only restrictions are your budget.

Learn to fit batteries, watch glasses, how to effectively use the tools, how to identify problems and much, much more. We supply a fully illustrated printed training manual for future reference and leave several watches for you to practice on later!

Training Basics Overview:

How to fit watch straps
How to adjust all types of watch bracelets including expandable
How to check quartz watch impulse
How to test and fit new watch battery
How to use a dry water resistant tester
How to use a wet water resistant tester
How to fit a watch gasket and reseal
How to fit a watch movement
How to fit a watch glass

Learn how to clean jewellery, how to repair a clasp, re-size a ring, how to fit a bolt ring and perhaps most important how to identify a repair! The course is not just restricted to these few basics but covers many aspects of the delicate art of jewellery repair. Once again we supply a fully illustrated printed training manual for later reference.

Training Basics Overview:

Cleaning jewellery
Buffing and removing scratches by hand
Measuring a customers finger size
How to make a wedding ring smaller
How to make a wedding ring larger
How to use a ring cutter
How to use a polishing machine
How to use an ultrasonic cleaning machine
How to fit a bolt ring and basic findings
How to identify potential repairs
How to fit a ring clip

The above is fully bespoke and can be completely structured to your individual or company needs.

In the first instance please just send me an email for further details:
